Todays Lunch, "Chili"

I started the zone diet two weeks ago and am really enjoying it. It has improved my energy level, performance, and strength. The zone diet consist of balanced meals and is based of a block system. So this chili meal is a 5 block meal, which means it has 5 blocks protein, 5 blocks fat, and 5 blocks carbs. I attatched a link about this Zone diet below to help you understand more about it. I know at first it seems a bit overwhelming, but once you try it for a week its really easy. If you are trying to optimize your performance and heath I believe the Zone diet can really help you get there!
