Baked Whole Chicken




Ingredients:

1 Whole Chicken
2 TBS Coconut oil
I Small bag of carrots
1 Whole onion
6 Cloves of garlic
2 TBS Steaks seasoning
2 TBS Basil
1 tsp Parsley
1 tsp Sea Salt
1 tsp Paprika


Your whole chicken will need to be at room tempature. Take the coconut oil and heat until melted in microwave, then rub over chicken. Cut your carrots, onion and glaric cloves and stuff chicken cavity until full then place left overs in pan around chicken. Next you need to mix all your dry ingredients in a small bowl, then rub down your chicken really well. Cover and bake at 350 for 2 hours then remove foil and place under broiler until skin is slightly crunchy.
