1/2 Cup Coconut Flour
3 eggs
1 Cup Coconut milk
1 TBS Basil
1 TBS Oregano
1 tsp Garlic Powder
Litely grease cookie sheet or pizza pan with Olive oil. Bake at 350 for 20 mins or until crust is done.
You can add any organic marinara to pizza crust. I used some I had made earlier in the day.
Veggies:
1 Zucchini
1 Box Grape Tomato's
1/2 Onion Sliced Thinly
Small Jar of Black Olives
2 TBS Olive oil
Salt, Pepper to taste
Toss all veggies in olive oil, salt and pepper and add on to pizza crust and sauce. Bake for another 20 mins until veggies are soft.
